An average cute spot in downtown Portland. Tons of seating in and out and great views. Food is average. Service was meh bc it was just so busy.
Little River Cafe is a charming, small cafe. We loved the French toast and omelette. The indoor seating is good, though the outdoor area could be better. The food quality is excellent, and the service and ambiance are decent.
Lovely cafe on the river, outdoor seating gives you views of the river as well as the dedicated, humidity runners, and plenty of cute dogs! It is a counter order place, good options for breakfast and coffee. Got two plates of the french toast, egg, bacon meal. The french toast was brioche and very good, the pecans, syrup, and beautiful full fat whip cream were the real stars.
Awesome breakfast spot along the water! They have a large menu and it was so hard to choose! I went with the brioche French toast and a vanilla latte. Both were excellent! You order at the counter and they bring everything to your table. Staff were super nice!
